COVID-19 Procedure Update

Parents and Guardians

Covid cases have been dropping so we are no longer limiting visits to only one parent or guardian.

You are welcome to have more than one parent/guardian attend a child’s appointment.

Masking

We are still requiring masks for everyone over the age of two.   All staff members will be masked while in the office.

Social Distancing

On arrival, please remain in your vehicle and call our office at (757) 780-8400 to check in. The nurse will text or call when an exam room is ready and families will come to the front desk to check in. They will then be escorted directly to an exam room.

Patients with fever, cough, diarrhea or other infectious symptoms will be escorted into rooms designated specifically for infection control. Patients who are well or whose symptoms are non-contagious will be seen in the well area.

Sanitation

Extensive cleaning protocols are carried out throughout the day.

New Patient Welcome

Accepting New Patients & Transfers always Welcome

We are accepting new patients and transfers.

Please call  (757) 780-8400 to schedule an appointment and register.

Feel free to print and complete new patient forms at home to save time at your first visit.

If you are new to the area, or would like to transfer your records from your previous pediatrician’s office, you can find a Medical Record Transfer Request From on our Forms & Downloads page.

Important Child Tax Credit Information

The Child Tax Credit (CTC) aims to help families make the cost of caring for children more affordable, by providing income to parents or guardians of children ages 17 and younger. This year, families can qualify for more money and can receive payments monthly, rather than having to wait until the end of the year.  Click HERE for details.
